Date - Monday, July 1, 2025
Time - 10 a.m.
Location - (New Route) Yonge Street travelling north from Murray Drive to Aurora Heights Drive.
Please note the temporary road closures on Friday, July 1 for the Canada Day Parade:

Yonge Street will be temporarily closed to through traffic from Henderson Drive to Orchard Heights Boulevard from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Edward Street will be closed to through traffic from Allaura Boulevard to Yonge Street from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Aurora Heights Drive will be closed to through traffic from Yonge Street to Laurentide Avenue from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Canada Day – Festivities
Date - Monday, July 1, 2025
Location - Canada Day bar at Riverwalk Commons200 Doug Duncan Drive Newmarket Ontario.
The North Newmarket Lions Club will be located in front of the water feature/beside the Lions Community Centre serving at the (bar) beer garden and a BBQ included. Bring your whole family for a fun day to celebrate.
